In collaboration with New Energy Work, I’m offering a year’s online course, based around the twelve Meridians of Shiatsu videos (you can find out about them on https://shiatsu-wales.co.uk/meridians-of-shiatsu/
Each month I’ll be presenting a meridian and its associations, accompanied by the relevant video. The video shows the meridian pathway and how to treat it in the 4 positions – prone, supine, side-lying and sitting. The hour-long webinar will offer insights into the associated philosophy and the function of the meridian on all levels, from physical to spiritual. If you can’t make the webinar date (it will be on the second Wednesday of every month for a year, at 6 pm UK time, starting on 13th October) there will be a recording available. I’ll be welcoming all questions and all kinds of engagement with you, made easier by an ongoing forum where we can discuss case histories, philosophy and anything else relevant to your Shiatsu practice. It will be as close to an in-person course as we can get, without the travelling!
